Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the portal or email within 14 days of delivery for dry goods, or within 2 hours of arrival for any live culture concerns, providing your order number and clear photos.

  Receive Authorization

  Once our specialists review your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable items.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; for live culture claims, follow our specific instructions for disposal or sample return as directed by the support team.

  Refund or Replacement

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment within 3-5 business days.
